Message	They're doing that here in Sac.. But it's basically just an experiment, you won't get in trouble if you fail. You won't even get a certificate if you pass. You just end up wasting your time. They set it up like a DUI checkpoint.. so it's at a random location. Then they flag people into the machine at random. very strange...... I guess they're just doing some kind of study on air pollution or something.
